How To Request Deletion

  • Log in to Adspire with the Telegram account connected to the data you want deleted, if you still have access.
  • Send a request to support@adspire.cc with the subject “Data deletion request”. Include your Telegram username, user ID if known, and workspace name if relevant.
  • If support needs identity verification, reply from the same Telegram account or provide the requested confirmation.
  • After verification, Adspire will delete or anonymize eligible data and confirm completion by email or Telegram.

What Can Be Deleted

  • Account profile data connected to your Adspire user.
  • Uploaded module content, documents, generated assets, saved creatives, CRM records, bot configuration and workspace content you own or are authorized to delete.
  • Connected third-party tokens stored by Adspire, where applicable.

What May Be Retained

  • Payment records, invoices, credit ledger entries and accounting data required by law or payment-provider rules.
  • Audit logs, security events, fraud-prevention records and abuse-investigation records for the minimum period needed to protect the platform.
  • Backups until they expire through normal backup rotation.
  • Aggregated or anonymized analytics that no longer identify you.

Third-Party Data

Deleting data in Adspire does not automatically delete data held by Telegram, Meta/Facebook, YooKassa, ElevenLabs, OpenAI or other providers. You may need to submit separate deletion requests to those providers.

Facebook / Meta App Data

If you arrived here from a Meta/Facebook data deletion flow, send the request to support@adspire.cc and include the Meta app, Facebook user ID or connected ad account details needed to identify the records.
