By logging in, buying credits, using modules or connecting third-party accounts, you agree to these Terms.
If you use Adspire on behalf of a company or team, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.
1. Service Scope
Adspire provides a set of modules for performance marketing and automation, including AI Managers, CRM, FB Launcher, AI Voice, Character Lab, Spy Parser, Task Manager and related tools.
Modules may rely on third-party APIs and platforms. Availability, limits and output quality can depend on those providers.
2. Account And Access
Accounts are created through Telegram authentication or another supported login method. You are responsible for keeping access to your Telegram account and workspace secure.
You must provide accurate information, keep credentials private and notify support if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Credits, Subscriptions And Payments
Platform operations may spend credits according to the active pricing rules shown in the interface or module documentation.
RUB payments are processed through YooKassa. Payment provider redirects, receipts and payment statuses are handled by the provider and Adspire backend.
Refunds, if available, are considered individually and can be limited by completed service usage, payment provider fees and applicable law.
4. Third-Party Services
Adspire may integrate with providers such as Meta/Facebook, Telegram, ElevenLabs, OpenAI, YooKassa, analytics services and infrastructure vendors.
You are responsible for complying with the rules of third-party services that you connect or use through Adspire.
5. FB Launcher And Advertising Compliance
When using FB Launcher, you must comply with Meta Terms, Advertising Standards and all applicable laws in the target geography.
You are solely responsible for ad accounts, creatives, landing pages, offers, tracking, campaign budgets and any restrictions imposed by Meta or other advertising platforms.
6. AI Output And User Content
AI-generated text, images, speech, scores and recommendations can be inaccurate or incomplete. Review outputs before publication or business use.
You remain responsible for uploaded documents, prompts, creatives, audio samples, customer data and any content generated or distributed through the platform.
7. Personal Data And Security
Adspire uses technical and organizational measures to protect user data, including encryption patterns described in the product and documentation.
Some records, such as payments, credit ledger entries, audit logs and security events, may be retained where needed for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or legal obligations.
8. Data Deletion Requests
You can request account and user data deletion through the public instructions page: https://adspire.cc/data-deletion.
Deletion may remove or anonymize account profile data, module content and stored assets unless retention is required for security, accounting or legal reasons.
9. Restrictions
You must not use Adspire for illegal activity, spam, credential theft, malware, evasion of platform enforcement, unauthorized scraping or violating third-party rights.
You must not attempt to bypass billing, limits, security controls, module settings or access restrictions.
10. Suspension And Termination
Adspire may suspend or restrict access if there is a security risk, payment issue, suspected abuse, legal requirement or violation of these Terms.
You may stop using the platform at any time and request data deletion using the instructions linked above.
11. Liability
The platform is provided on an as-available basis. Adspire is not liable for third-party platform bans, rejected ads, provider outages, lost profits or decisions made based on AI output.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
12. Changes
Adspire may update these Terms. Material changes can require re-acceptance before continued platform use.
The effective version is the version displayed on this page and, for authenticated users, the version recorded at acceptance.
